Red Mastercard

Hello,
I recently received my Roger’s red Mastercard in the mail. I tried to use it, and it wouldn’t work. I called Roger’s and I have to verify my identity in store. I went to do that, however I ONLY have a drivers license that is accepted to verify my ID.
They were unable to approve my ID, and put in a request to review for just one ID.
What is the likelyhood of it being approved for verification with only one form of ID? I already was approved and received my card in the mail…
