Now a former Resident Expert

Hello all,

I was promoted to Resident Expert on this board some years ago due to the number of questions I answered regarding cable hardware and plans, PayGo plans and other Rogers services. Since that time the hardware and plans have been upgraded several times and my grandfathered plans and hardware are no longer offered. In view of these changes, I don't feel that I'm qualified to advise users on the current and emerging  plans and hardware.  Users of the old stuff have probably figured it out for themselves and don't ask questions anymore.  So I have voluntarily asked to step back from Resident Expert status.


But rest assured I'll still be visiting regularly and participating is discussions.
