Name of “on hold” music

Hello all,

I was on hold with Rogers today and I got the opportunity to listen to some jazzy hip-hop if that’s what you call it, They were really catchy the two songs that repeated, but I couldn’t figure out what the name of each track was and who the artist was I was wondering if someone could share this information with me. I also asked the customer agents that I was on hold with, but none of them knew this information. I would appreciate the name of the artist and the two tracks.

This isn't easy information to find and since we don't get to hear our own hold music while working, many of our agents might not actually be familiar with these songs.

Regretfully, we don't have a list that tells us them names of our hold music.

I think your best bet is to put your phone on speaker mode and to use Shazam to figure out what song it is.

No sorry thats not it. Also I've already tried using shazam while in call whiich didnt work and also tried screen recording the call but no audio was recorded so it didnt work.

Not sure if it’s the same but one of the tracks was Kiefer’s “What a Day”. At least today it was.
