When applying for the position they tell you that they are a marketing company, dress to impress/professional wear. I specifically asked multiple times the hiring manager if it is door to door and was told no.. My first day of official work after training I was given a used Rogers shirt that smelled absolutely vile of underarm sweat.. was clearly not washed and was dropped off to a site to work ( door to door). I thought i was getting into an office marketing job which was what I was told and to make matters even worse I finished a shift an hour and a half after I was told I was going to be done just to find out after once I told the owner it wasn’t a suite for me since that I wasn’t going to get payed for the days of training I attended to… only the one day of work on field which wasn’t what I signed up for or consented to. I feel like I was used and taken advantage of by the owner of LMG including the hiring managers. Not following certain guidelines such as entering buildings properties without the consent of the building and telling residents that we were sent by rogers working with the buildings which is completely untrue..? Also Rogers these are the company’s you thrive to work with?
