Fwiw, announced late this afternoon, Amazon to Acquire eero to Help Customers Better Connect Smart Home Devices.
Don't know is this will change anything regarding Ignite TV's use of eero's wifi networking capability or not.
Personal opinion I think this is part of a larger long term fight for control of home networks, the other players being Intel and Broadcom.

This is quite an interesting article! With so many IoT devices and Amazon's Echo products, it is not surprising that they would make a big splash and acquire Eero to help with Wi-Fi signals for those devices.
I do not believe this will result in any changes to the current use of Eero's mesh system with Ignite TV but we will keep the Community informed if it does result in any changes.
