As we re-launch the 'super user' program as the Resident Expert program, I'm going to retire this board. You'll still have access to view it but I'd like to direct new posts to the Resident Expert board (you'll be invited to that board shortly).
There were several in-depth threads here so if you'd like us to move them to the new RE board, just let us know via PM and we will do that for you.
