Introducing: groups

Today, we're introducing a new feature in the community called groups. And the very first group will be dedicated to feedback about Rogers online self-service options. Over the next few months we'll be asking you questions about: MyRogers, the MyAccount app, and the online bill experience. We're looking for your feedback so that we can improve our services. 

 

To get started, visit the group and select "Join Group", then respond to one of the questions that are already posted. You may also post a new question or feedback comment, related to Rogers online self-service options, as a new post.

These groups look good.  Hopefuly a better way for you guys to collect info and pass it onto who needs to implement those changes?

Can we hope for some of these in the future.. for other topics/products/servies as well?
