Hi @stephentong97,

 

Please follow the steps below to enable LTE on your Note 4:

 

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on the Connections tab

3. Tap on More networks

4. Select Network mode

5. Tap on "GSM/HSPA/LTE (auto connect)"

However, I only have the following 3 options under Network mode

- WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)

- WCDMA only

- GSM only

 

I think my lollipop is from Wind Mobile. Do you think that is the reason?

 

Later, when I get the Mashmallow update from Rogers. Do you think those options will come back?

Yes, I'm quite sure the new Android update from Rogers will resolve this issue.  However, for more information, you could direclty contact our Wireless Technical Support as there may be other options to resolve this issue before getting the new Android update.
