Porting request.

I've been around

I send a porting request to Rogers on Dec 26th and my number has not been ported to the new carrier. Please help

maybe the customer porting centre was closed due to boxing day?  just because most ports are quick does not mean every port request will be quick some can take 2 days and up to a week. just relax and wait and call tomorrow to inquire on the status

If I'm reading your post correctly, you have a new provider that is not Rogers?  In that case the porting request should have been with the new provider, not Rogers.  If your existing provider is Rogers and your new provider is someone else, then you did it incorrectly and there is a possibility that you will lose your phone number.
