I send a porting request to Rogers on Dec 26th and my number has not been ported to the new carrier. Please help

If I'm reading your post correctly, you have a new provider that is not Rogers? In that case the porting request should have been with the new provider, not Rogers. If your existing provider is Rogers and your new provider is someone else, then you did it incorrectly and there is a possibility that you will lose your phone number.
