I am not a happy customer. Previously I owned an A32 5G purchased through Rogers on a 2 year plan. It died on me un March 2023. (Still paying monthly until October 2023, why?) So I purchased outrightly ($765+tax) a new A53 5G. It was working fine until just before July 4, 2023 when it started freezing. I brought it to Samsung approved repair outlets. It continued to freeze. You can check the IEME reports. Today, July 28, 2023 I am still without an operating cell phone. I am using my old A32 to send thos post. There is some serious wrongdoing being done here. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. This unfair and unlawful. Please contact me to rectify my situation. Thank you.

Rogers will not contact you on this forum since it's not private.  You will need to contact Rogers in any of the ways outlined in their contact us link.  However, I recommend you PM the mods on this forum as I have found them most helpful.

 

When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps   .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link on the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
