Do you have a damaged device and are looking to get it repaired? If you are already signed up for our Device Protection, you can find out how to submit a claim here.
If you are not subscribed to it, you can learn more about it and the benefits it offers on our website here. Enrollment, though, is available for up to 60 days after you purchase your device, and your device would need to be fully operational and undamaged at the time you decide to enroll.
If your current situation is the latter and you are looking to get your phone repaired without having device protection, you would need to try searching online or checking your local malls, which may have a cell phone repair shop located in them.
