Fluctuating bill

I've been here awhile
I was with Fido for over 10 years and never had a problem. I signed up with Rogers last summer because they had a better plan and Fido is owned by Rogers so I'm thinking win/win. The first few months my bill was $60.00 then it was $111.00. So I called and they told me I used data and took pictures with my tablet. Which is totally not true. My tablet is always at my place with the wifi on. I have a digital camera plus a Google Pixel. So why the heck would I use the camera on my tablet
This squeaky wheel never got greased.

put both bills next to each other on a table

look at bill #1, then look at Bill #2

 

What has changed? 

 

did you know the bills are itemized? everything is printed clearly and evenly

its not hard to see where you are overcharged
