Cannot Make or Receive Calls

Actually i have oneplus nord ce 3 lite indian version and just shifted to canada and i purchased rogers sim but i am facing issue in making and recieving calls however internet and tax service work properly after information with OnePlus and rogers its comparatiblity issue my india phone software not support Rogers network bands can anyone have solution for it please help me with it

Does your device support the required bands for service on Rogers? Are your APN settings correct and is VoLTE enabled? The India version of the device will more than likely not support VoLTE and definitely does not support band 71 or n71. You might be in an area where band 71 and n71 is the only band deployed.

Here is the GSM Arena listing for the device. The bands the India version supports are pretty much not supported by Rogers.

Band 41 and n41, maybe. n78 is common enough but you would need a compatible VoNR implantation to make and receive calls, which it more than likely doesn't.
