Backup and Restore LG Smartphones with LG PC Suite

The following steps explain how to backup and restore content from LG devices using LG PC Suite.

1. Launch the LG PC Suite software.
2. Make sure you have the latest version of LG PC Suite installed.
   • Click Help.
   • Click Check for LG PC Suite update.

Backup Device

1. Connect your device to the computer.
2. When connected device appears on the left in LG PC Suite, click it.
3. Click the Back up/Restore device tab.
4. Select Backup.
5. Click Start Backup to begin the backup process.

Restore Device

1. Connect your device to the computer.
2. When connected device appears on the left in LG PC Suite, click it.
3. Click the Back up/Restore device tab.
4. Select the backup file in the Restore file list.
5. Click Start Restore.
