Unlim. Can/U.S + free roaming + 30GB for $20. Does it look like a scam?

Hi Guys,

I got a call today from 1-519-657-3134 (think call originated from out of North America) offering me the following plan for about $22 per line for 5 lines. The guy sent me the plan info to my email address. 

The sender's email address is Rogers Canada<sales@rogersmobiles.com. Do you guys think it is legit or scam. This plan should be about $60 per line but I am offered about $22 per line.

Scam:

1. Phone number does not come up in a web search as Rogers.

2. Deal is too good to be true.

3. email address in not usual Rogers email

4. There is no Rogers Mobility

5. Contract Length is Pay as you go. Rogers has no such plan under Pre-paid.
