More scammers!

Having already paid my bill & received acknowledgement, I received a text message from +1 (289) 821-3372 saying that I needed to reply to them as my payment information had expired. Fake! Big scam. Blocked!

I have gotten a few of those from 416 numbers. My bill every month is paid by autopay. Blocking those spoofed numbers won't stop more though because they just keep spoofing different numbers they don't actually have.

real genuine messages come from a 4 to 6 digit number called a shortcode, if the number is someones phone number ignore it, its a scam
