@BC93 That question is asked a lot on this forum, however, it's the wrong question since any phone number and name display can be spoofed.  (if you're not familiar with that term, look it up on the web).

You can also look up the number on the web to see if Rogers appears in the results. In this case it does not, therefore, it's probably not a Rogers number.
