I got a call from winback but couldn’t answer, and a following email seems kind of suspicious. Not sure if it was WinBack or a scam… I was with Rogers for 12 years prior to switching to Bell. Do they call you back on their own? Or is the winback offer gone forever?

Hello @gg92,
Thank you for joining us in the community and for sharing your concerns. There are many scams happening these days, so I applaud you for being cautious.
We'll need a bit more info to better understand your situation. When did you cancel your services with Rogers? How did you know that the missed call was from the Winback team? What details were included in the follow-up email that you received and what email address was it sent from?
Normally, we will only send an email confirmation if you've accepted an offer from us and we've processed the changes in our system. I always recommend contacting Rogers directly to confirm if there are notes on your account from our Winback team. For your own safety and security, I also do not recommend providing any personal details over the phone or via email, if asked.
I hope this helps and we hope to hear back from you soon!
