OTA updates

I have Nexus S and still running 2.3.6 and waiting for ICS (4.0). I know Google had issues with the nexus s build and delayed the OTA but how does Rogers work on providing OTA and is there any web resource to see when you can expect updates?

SW upgrades for Nexus line of devices are handled by Google.
