Samsung needs to release an update before Rogers can modify it and give it to us. Just search for "Android 4 Samsung Galaxy S2" on Google and sort the results by date (I choose past 24 hours or 1 week). You'll see that Samsung's not finished for the international version of that phone (i9100). So before they start working on our specific model (which seems to be the same as AT&T), it will take some more time. I am reading on it almost everyday and I can almost list all the leaked builds I saw (XXKP8, XXKPA, XXLP6, XXLPB - LPB's the last build for i9100).
If Rogers had the international version, you could aleready get a leaked build (with it's problems). I saw a ROM with ICS look and feel for our specifik phone but it's not Android 4, it's 2.3.5 i think with ICS look. Not for me! And there is a chance you 'brick' your phone which voids the waranty (unless you can get it back to life by yourself).
Hope it gives you hope! In our case, I don't expect an update from Samsung before March or April. So add 3 or 4 more months for Rogers to customize that upate.
