We’re Decommissioning Previous Versions of the MyRogers App

Hey Community,

 

In June 2018, we released version 5.0 of the MyRogers app. Most customers have since migrated to the new version of the app. On March 6, 2019, we will be ending support for MyRogers app versions released before the app redesign (versions 3.x and older).

 

Customers with version 3.x with inbox message capability:

We have sent an inbox message to impacted customers. The message lets them know that starting March 6, we will no longer be supporting the version of the app that they are using.  We are encouraging them to update to the latest version so they can keep using the MyRogers app.

 

Customers using older versions of v3.x without inbox message capability:

These customers will receive an SMS between February 27 and March 6 advising them that we are decommissioning the app.

 

Customers using v1.x and v2.x:

Starting April 1, customers trying to log in to the app will see a message asking them to update to the latest version of the app.

 

 

To get the new version of the MyRogers app, you must be using a device with one of the following operating systems:

  • iOS 10 or greater
  • Android v4.4 or greater

If your phone has an earlier OS, you will need to update your OS to get the new version of the MyRogers app.
