@mocklerrodney43 considering that you're a retired IT person, welcome to the forum.  I'd love to see more IT gurus/experts/genius's involved in the forum to assist other customers.  If you have the time, I'm sure that there will be questions that come up in the forum that you can address 🙂

Oh, I’m not a guru by Any means. What I have observed is a lot of inconsistency with Rogers particularly people who live in low-cost housing and government assistance. It seems that the particular emails with Rogers monitor privacy issue.
