Ignite TV packages come with a selection of Flex Channels that you can exchange in or out regularly – meaning you’ll never get bored with your content! This tutorial explains how to exchange Flex Channels on Ignite TV. Watch the video below for the steps to follow in order to exchange Flex Channels on your Ignite TV lineup.

Important: You can make an unlimited number of channel exchanges within the first 30 days of installing your Ignite TV services or changing your TV package. Once this 30-day window passes, you’ll be allowed 1 swap every 30 days.


  1. Visit and sign in to your MyRogers account with your username and password.
  2. Click Usage and Services.
  3. Select TV. 
  4. Click Exchange Now. The Personalize your channels screen will display.
  5. Under "Your Channel Selection," choose the Flex Channels you want to remove by selecting the X button next to the channel name.  You can select multiple channels at once.


  6. After you have chosen the Flex Channels you want to remove, scroll down to “Select your new Flex Channels” and choose the ones you want to add.
    • Note: Tap the Info icon (i) to learn more about each channel.
  7. Once you’ve made your selections, select Confirm Channels. A success message will display, and you can start watching your new Flex Channels right away!
    • Note: Make sure you’ve removed and added the same number of Flex Channels, or else the exchange will be unsuccessful.
