Where can I find movies available for purchase?
Here are three ways to find movies you can purchase access to:
- Browse the On Demand
- Check any movie you’re watching to see if it has the Buy option available.
- Use your Voice Remote. Try voice commands like “Movies for sale” or “Movies to buy.”
How can I purchase access to content on Rogers Xfinity TV?
With a voice command
- Press and hold the Mic button on your Voice Remote.
- Use a voice command like “Movies for sale” or “Movies to buy.”
- Release the Mic Movies available for purchase will display.
- Select the title you want to purchase, then select Buy.
- Confirm your purchase.
- Select Buy Now. A confirmation window will appear, and the movie will begin to play automatically.
Without a voice command
- Press the Rogers button on your Voice Remote to open the main menu.
- Select On Demand.
- Select Movies. Movies available for purchase will display.
- Select the title you want to purchase, then select Buy.
- Confirm your purchase.
- Select Buy Now. A confirmation window will appear, and the movie will begin to play automatically.
Will I also get a physical copy of the On Demand movie I purchase?
No, your purchase only includes a digital copy.
How can I access my purchased On Demand movies?
You can access your purchased movies by opening the Saved folder, then opening Purchases.
Can I make On Demand purchases directly through the Rogers Xfinity TV app or web browser, or does it have to be via the Rogers Xfinity TV Box?
No, currently you can only purchase movies through the Rogers Xfinity TV Box.
Can I get a refund if I accidentally purchase an On Demand movie?
Unfortunately, all On Demand movie sales are final unless you identify yourself as having special needs or as a senior citizen. If the latter, we can offer you a one-time refund. In this case, you’ll still have access to the accidentally purchased content.

If I cancel my Rogers Xfinity TV service, will I still have access to my purchased On Demand movies?
Yes, you can access your purchased On Demand movies through the Rogers Xfinity TV app. Just download the app and log in with your MyRogers username and password to access your purchased movies.
Will my purchased movies count towards my Cloud PVR storage?
No, these purchases will not affect your Cloud PVR storage.
Can I watch my purchased movies outside of Canada?
In order to watch purchased content outside of Canada, you’ll need to download it to your mobile device via the Rogers Xfinity TV app before you leave the country.
