Who are you considering to switch to?

I was happy with Shaw for a long time. Not liking Rogers and am not a Telus fan.
Wondering what other carriers others are choosing? Who are you considering?

I looked at Bell yesterday. They have a BYOD plan for $55 that includes Canada, US, and Mexico that allows unlimited roing in those countries. They have some wild setup fees though. When I told the rep I was inquiring about the plan details to that I wasn't interested after hearing about all of those fees. They heavily oersisted to try and convince me. Eventualky, I said, no, thank you, and hung up. That wasn't the end of it though. The rep called back repeatedly for 5 minutes. I answered out of annoyance and tild the guy, I wasn't interested, and hung up again. They called back every minute for almost an hour from that point before it stopped.

Well Rogers has me half pregnant with Shaw and Rogers accounts over four cell phones, home phone, home internet, and the whole thing is one HOT MESS.    If I spend time on anything, it will be driving away from Rogers and not looking back.  Not spending all my time navigating a call tree and waiting on hold.   Been with Shaw for 30 years but since Toronto Rogers took over, it has all be unpleasant.    Maybe it is just time for a nice fresh start.   
Maybe Telus has improved?

Everyone's experience will vary. If it is better than what you have currently, only you can decide. From what I regularly see on the Telus forum though and at one point having their community manager try to ban me for calling them out for deleting posts by customers that weren't relecting positively on the company.... My ban was obviosuly overturned. 😄

I had also.given out prively a direct number I have for a very high up contact in Telus to one customer who literally sounded like they were suffering from the 3+ month hardship Telus was putting them through. My contact resolved their issue in a few days and the person was super grateful.

Personally, I wouldn't say I would never use them again, I am not a fan of their business practises but thise can change and vary by each account and many variables. Every company can do better! No exceptions!
