I have a problem when I register Roger Banking online that I didn't get a verification code from my email. I tried several times on different days. Can you help me out?

Make sure that:
1. You have provided Rogers MC with the proper e-mail address.
2. That you look in a spam or other folder in case it gets sent there.
I've switched computers/devices many times and always get the appropriate code.
Yes. It appeared the right email and I did check the spam. I called the customer service and they helped me change the new email yesterday but still appeared the old email. So far, I can't register my MC on Roger Bank website and kinda worry.
That's very strange. Unfortunately the Rogers MasterCard people do not regularly read this forum, so you'll have to contact the MC people again to see if somehow this can be corrected.
