So we are talking about roaming today but what about those customers that live in canadian border towns and are billed for roaming. The agent then makes a case for the customer to have it adjusted by the back office team which is usually not prompt.
Is there a plan or system in place to flag special accounts that are constantly incurring border roaming charges. Can these SOC codes be readily available for agents to put on customer accounts to avoid future acidental border roaming!?

Really good question! For voice, if you live in the border area, the roaming charges are proactively reversed. For data, we're excited to say that there will be a solution very soon. Stay tuned!
