Today I got a call from Rogers asking why I switched then they tried to offer me Gigabit for $30/mth to switch back.I said sure, once you can offer FTTH and gigabit uploads.
They also got rid of their mid tier speeds. It is now 25/25, 50/50, 1Gb and 1.5GbSwitching to FTTH is a no brainer.I'd love to come back to Rogers but not until they offer true FTTH, RFoG is acceptable to me.
While Rogers struggles to deliver GB, Bell is rumored to be addinng a 1.5GB tier with the same 940mb upload sometime this month.Rogers, accept defeat and start rolling out FTTH ASAP.
