I just checked my package and it now includes the US Networks (CBS, Fox, NBC, PBS) but when I go to one it says a subscription is required. I refreshed my Ignite Boxes and nothing. Is this an error?

I just signed up for Rogers last week via a field sales rep. He did not mention anything about free 6 months Disney Plus promo nor did I see it in my order confirmation, is it only available for customers who sign up directly?

Well they are listed in the starter package and are listed as available channels in myRogers channel listing. Their is no reason why Rogers shouldn't be available to everyone at no extra cost. Cannot get a straight answer from a Rogers employee as...
Contacting Support to see, seems crazy. Shows in my channel lineup in MyRogers and is included in all packages, so shouldn't have to pay extra on top of the money we already pay!
