These unsightly disasters in waiting are everywhere and owned by both Rogers and Bell. There should be a corporate responsibility whereby they accept the costs of cleaning up their act.
System started to work at about 10:30 this morning after the monitor screen beeped. iPad access has been down now for some time with the error, "there has been an issue with your account. Please sign in again"
Same problem here. Can't log into Smart Home app on ipad. Errors stating that the connection is not private, global error form message 90001 and there has been an issue with your account. Deleted app, rebooted all components unsuccessfully.
