Sometimes my whatsapp won't work on wifi and it sends me a message to permit it to use data instead same goes for wifi calling. It tells me that my wifi might be blocking it. I don't believe that's the case. Please help.

Xfinitt and Comcast don't exist on my LG 65uk6300bub. Anyone have any other manufacturers that might share codes with the Rogers Ignite box. It's the Technicolor TX061AEI model.
Thanks for the prompt reply back. I KNOW I have issues with the whole package of Ignite Gigabit I got, since day one, when the modem reboot itself twice in one night....and for the past four days I've had the service, it has been dropping off and on...
