Change your password from the Rogers member centre to a password that uses all 4 types of characters. Upper, lower, number, special character like #$

I did the app generated password for my windows 10 thunderbird email client and it worked for about an hour but has stopped working again,!!!!!!!!

when did the password strength change as you said??.this is from rogers site???the website says ANY 2 of the followingEnter your Existing Password, then enter your new password twice.Passwords are case sensitive and:Cannot be the same as the username...
