Well my firmware seems to be up to date but the problem still persists although not so often so maybe they are on the right track and the next update might do better!
No I don't think I said the internet goes out at the same time because I haven't checked that but I don't think it does. Anyhow the boxes seem to be up to date and I'm waiting to see if the problem is still there,keeping fingures crossed and waiting ...
Further to this problem, I exchanged the box for a new one,changing our second box to our 1st tv,result is just the same,black outs for 6 or 7 secs, no better!
