I did two things:1. Renamed the Wifi Network name and2. Restarted the Gateway modem. This resolved the issue.

Same issue. Can't see connected devices on https://ignitewifi.rogers.com

Yes, Adding comment(single word) does work. Ideally, Rogers should fix this issue as this field is not mandatory.
