I'm not sure why my post was moved to this thread. This thread's "solution" post does not address the issue I am experiencing. I do have port forwards set (they were set last year). And now I want to set another. But I cannot even reach the Port...
It is disappointing to see that my Ignite XB6 modem's advanced settings can only be done via the ignitewifi website or app. And of course, when I need to get in there, it is not working.

OK so... what now? There is functionality in the XB6 modem that is not working. This has been confirmed by several users. Who is the correct Rogers person to pass this information on to, so that Rogers can fix the problem?
