also experiencing the same issue on my end

me woke up one day downstream was knocked to docsis 3.0 and upload was knocked off 3.0 green light lol..

yup there is something  going on for sure i am experiencing a fluxating speeds along with degraded performance and Rogers denies there isnt any signal issue.. come on numbers don't lie
