I'm doing the same. Spent an hour and half last night in the phone only to be continuosly transfered to incompetent agents and tech support. I'm livid. I know have 98 useless channels and cannot swap any. Very misleading.
Warning to anyone that is being enticed to switch to a new TV plan. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR FLEX CHANNELS. They don't tell you this and then kick you into 24 months. Keep your old plans. It's cheaper.
