I too am experiencing the same error for several days now. Many customers rely on the ability to Chromecast to our television rather than renting additional ignite streaming boxes. This is becoming an issue in my house now.
The solution is about sending to shortcodes, but the original post was about not receiving messages. The solution does not fit the problem. I too am having issues receiving codes from CIBC, Uber and Google Pay.
