Still #1 here. Spoke to my dedicated account consultant for Rogers enterprise customer service wireless. They have no way to look up the order and the only thing I can do is wait.
I did a test order again on https://secure.rogersdirect.ca/ for a Xs Max 64GB grey. The queue status seems accurate because the new order placed me at 39/39, and my 1/38 switched to 1/39. So at this point Rogers didn't skip anyone, it's really a bunc...
For people with a corporately paid plan where the company pays the bills, I'm not quite sure if Apple Store can process that though. For people with a personally paid but corporate/business discounts applied, perhaps.
