So I was #1 in XS Max 64GB Grey queue and I got shipment notification today, should deliver tomorrow according to UPS website. Pretty ridiculous experience overall, definitely will be ordering through Apple directly next year.
@Prospect It was a waste. I was (and still am) #1 in queue as a business customer and my pre-order is still in "open" status. This confirms that the change in the position number is due to cancellations and that no business customer has received a 64...
Looks like it opened closer to 5:00AM. I got position 1 for a 64GB Silver XS Max under business account. Will keep you guys posted when it gets escalated/shipped. Last year I was position 4 and got the phone a day after launch.
