Thinking about doing the same thing. The "App" isn't working as it should. They've seen multiple instances where people cannot Port Forward and no change or fix in the App or the online version. Lame.
You're seeing people repeatedly telling you the App does NOT work, we cannot Port Forward. Fix it or remove the auto blocking in the modem so we can do it there. We should not have to factory reset the modem to make allowed changes.
