contacting Rogers if I need to return the device? Presumably that
doesn't reset the 15 day "device return" window for a Rogers handset
upgrade.
How are returns of Pixel 2XL devices with the various display faults to
be handled? Does one go through Rogers or Google support for an RMA? I
have a Ship to Home preorder and I'm hoping for the best, but I'd like
to prepare myself.
When did we become such an impatient society? Constantly refreshing
Rogers and UPS sites and trying to sleuth out delivery schedules. Some
people getting so mad and indignant that they cancel long-running
relationships to hop to a competitor, others ...
I agree with you completely and am in a very similar position. My
replies are directed more at some of the entitlement I've seen
throughout this thread. Let's hope we all get our phones tomorrow so we
can stop grumbling and be distracted by shiny toy...
