I recently ported to Rogers from SimplyConnect (which was using Rogers). So I had to put in a new SIM card. I am using the default Messages app.
Since then, I am receiving replies to group texts individually. My Mobile Data is on, but when...
So the final solution was to call Rogers tech support, wait for an hour and a half, then the tech reset my phone from the network side. When I restarted my my phone, the Group conversations option had returned.
I can see my APN settings, but it is not letting me edit anything.ltemobile.apnJust using the basic Messages app. My settings for Group Conversations have disappeared with this SIM card.
