Thanks. All that has been done/verified even with a technician at the house. Seems there is something that needs to happen by the Rogers back office. It’s just not happening though.

Good luck, I’ve been trying to get mine working since March 4th. 17 hours on the phone and 6 weeks later, no progress with Rogers.
