I am awaiting about email regarding returning equipment from my deceased husband's account. It was cancelled more than a week ago. Please provide information on whenni should expect to receive the email for label.ThnxW.

So now know why never received email regarding returning the equipment.They never cancelled the account. I received new bill for services in March.Now I will need to call in again and correct the error.
