Sometimes my phone drops calls and when my phone makes a call it drops from 5G to Edge.what is the reason for this? ***Edited Labels***

I think this is an area specific issue. Nothing to do rather than bearing this. Also if it's your home,you can use wifi calling.

Yes Telus is a mess.I have my own experience.Their LTE and 5G both sucks. But when comes to this particular problem, it is so area specific and it's best to buy a phone that is supported in North American market.
