Promise roaming

I was promised USA roaming with my package but never received it and when I explained it to customer service all they could offer me was 2 gigs of extra data for 2 month to make up for not getting what I was promised ***Edited Labels***

It was in store but the store won’t honor it as the employee was fired and I called customer service and they don’t care
