Unfortunately it appears Rogers doesn’t have the technical expertise to fix this problem. Someone has obviously created a monster that nobody can control. As much as I hate to say it I might have to consider a switch to Bell-this is just too frustrat...
I have same problem. Was on hold with tech support for an hour yesterday only to be told that they are working to fix email issues and it shouldn’t be long. 24 hours later it’s still an issue! Rogers tech support is horrific.
