How can I sign in to my local network and see all devices that has been connected to my Modem and manage these devices?

Hi I get this modem from Amazon NETGEAR Gigabit Cable Modem (32x8) DOCSIS 3.1I have rogers modem at my main floor but I am wondering if I can add another modem through the Co-ax port to my basement
