I got similar problem as well on my network printer when setup my XB7 initially. Workaround for me was to use ethernet wired connection, and set the fixed IP on the printer itself (as opposed to reserve it on DHCP).
Totally agreed! The fact that "port forwarding" can only be done on the App (instead of web interface), AND you cannot specify IP address is simply stupid! Don't know what kind of 'beautiful mind' is behind that!
Thank you so much Datalink for the quick response! yes I found it on the App -- I was trying to do so from the Web-interface via browser, but turned out this option only exists on the App (same as "port forwading", can't do via Web browser).
